- Not a direct one. Logo will not release new versions of Start 3; the last released version, 3.09.00, remains in use. For Start 3 users whose user count or process needs are growing, the migration path is Logo Edge T-Series Basic; the e-Government modules in the e-Government edition of Start 3 carry over to the new package.
