Credits and subscription
Once your company has accepted the agreements, access to iyibir cloud products is free. Usage is paid in credits: products draw from your organisation's wallet as they work. Our services are offered to companies only (B2B). 1 $ = 400 credits.
One-off credit top-up
The company's authorised person tops up credit in the panel. You enter a whole-dollar amount: at least $5 (≈ ₺248), at most $5,000 (≈ ₺248,008) per top-up. 1 $ = 400 credits; bonus credit is added as the amount grows: 10% from 100 $, 20% from 500 $. Credit is valid for 12 months from the day it is loaded into the wallet. Larger amounts are loaded by bank transfer on request.

Monthly credit subscription
The subscription is optional and is not needed for access. For companies that want regular credit, the same amount is paid every month and that month's credit is loaded into the wallet. Amounts exclude VAT.

- Charged every month by card through iyzico. The payment is taken in TRY at that day's rate; no instalments.
- The subscription renews automatically every month.
- You can end it at any time from the panel. Ending takes effect at the end of the current month; that month's credit stays usable until month end, and the amount already paid is not refunded.
- Monthly credit ends at month end and does not carry over to the next month.
- If a charge fails, that month's credit is not loaded; after three retries the subscription closes.
The company's authorised person tops up credit and manages the subscription in the iyibir Cloud panel.
Welcome credit
When your wallet is first opened, 5,000 credits are granted once. They are valid for 30 days and no card or payment details are asked for. When they run out or expire they do not turn into a paid plan and you are not charged. The unused part lapses at the end of the period and is not refunded.
Payment and invoice
- Prices are set in US dollars and exclude VAT. The Turkish lira amount shown beside them is for information only.
- Payment is taken by card through iyzico (İyzi Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Hizmetleri A.Ş.) and charged in TRY. Card details are entered only on iyzico's payment page; iyibir does not see or store them.
- The invoice is issued in TRY. For online payments the TCMB (Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye) forex selling rate of the payment day is used and VAT is added; the rate and date used are shown on the invoice.
- Credit is loaded into the wallet when payment is received; the invoice is issued after payment.
